Halloween was super fun this year. I was so happy to be done being pregnant and have our little baby boy :) I was starting to feel really good and little bit back to normal. I walked over to Ambria's school for her Halloween party, then later that day Kevin's parents came over. Cheryl and I took the girls out trick or treating while all 3 boys stayed at home ;) The girls were dressed up as Rapunzel..surprise surprise. they have been obsessed with Rapunzel for over a year now!! I thought it would fade out a bit but it seems to be worse...but I think its cute. Here are some pics of Halloween :)

Pumpkin Patch

I was only 2 weeks post partum but I was determined to take the girls to the pumpkin patch. We had such a beautiful warm fall and it was so perfect to go. We have gone every year since we moved here and the girls love it! The girls had so much fun! they got to ride a few rides, feed the animals, do a corn maze and drive some cars. Evan just slep the whole time ;)

Fun day with Grandma and Grandpa

We had plans to go to the Pumpkin Patch with Grandma and Grandpa but when we got there it was insanely busy, so we went to a cute little park at the Rec center instead. After the park we carved pumpkins :) The girls had fun picking out all the pumpkin seeds while daddy carved the pumpkins. Grandpa spent the evening holding Evan and watching sports ;)

We were so excited to bring baby Evan home from the hospital. The girls just adore him. They love to watch him swing, play on his play mat, and sit in his bouncy. He doesn't do a whole lot but they love watching him. They love to help out and feed him and hold him. They are good about getting things for him when he cries. They fight over who gets to try to put the binky in the mouth...even tho he doesn't care for binky's they like to try anyway. They love helping me give him a bath and pick out his clothes. He is one lucky dude to have sisters that love him so much ;)

They were so good and cute with him. Little Evan was so lucky to have Grandma and Grandpa visit right away too. And of course Dad was so proud of his new baby boy :)

Thumb Sucker

Our little boy loves to suck his thumb...right now I think its super cute but I'm thinking this won't be a good thing long term ;) This is our first baby that will not take a binky..he loves his thumb. We have an ultrasound picture from a week before I had him, and in that picture he was sucking his thumb. After I delivered him the first thing he did was put his thumb in his mouth. At the hospital we noticed little sores on his hands by his thumbs from where he had been sucking...these are pics right after he was born. ;)

Our sweet little "Pumpkin" is here!! Evan Brian Bullock was born on October 11 2011 at 4:47 P.M weighing 8 lbs 2 oz and 21 inches long. We are so happy to have our little boy with us...He definetly completes out family ;) He is such a sweetie and we all adore him. His sisters love him so much and are so good with him. They love helping me feed, change, bath and hold the baby. They fight over who gets to put his binky back in when it falls out. We feel so blessed to have him here and that he is healthy. and so far a very happy good baby :)

Baby Evan's Nursery

The baby's nursery is almost done. I am still in search for a rocker that will match and be comfortable...but Im not in a rush since he will be sleeping in our room for the first little while. I didn't do a theme for the nursery..I just wanted blue and brown and to be pretty simple. All the artwork in the room doesnt really go together but they each have their own meaning. Ambria wanted a Giraffe room but I didnt want anything too busy so I told her I would add some giraffe pictures. I ordered these off Etsy and I think they turned out super cute! The airplane picture I also found on Etsy and I love the vintage style plane and it fits perfect because Kevin's Grandpa Evan was a pilot. I originally was going to do an airplane themed room because he was a pilot and thought it would be cute, but I couldnt find bedding I liked ;) so the one picture will have to do. Then of course I have the grandpa and grandson fishing picture which I love!! :)
I can't believe we will have our little boy in 4 weeks!!!! or less ;) but its coming up sooo quickly!! I feel ready but still have a list of things to do, but overall we are ready ;) Ambria is very excited and can't wait to help out with the baby. She will be such a good helper. The girls both got out all their babydolls yesterday and said they were practicing. lol they change their diapers, fed them, bathed them and took them for walks. I will be very grateful for my helpers ;)
Kevin is very excited! he is waiting for his football buddy..lol says he will be watching football with him all season ;)

First Days

Ambria was so excited for her first day of school (even tho she didn't look too thrilled in the pics) but she was really looking forward to it and couldnt wait. She has been in school for a month now and loves it! She loves her teacher, her classmates, and all the fun activities they do. She has Library, PE, Music and Chinese all once a week. She brings home so much fun art work and other projects they do throughout the day. Right now they are having a read-a-thon and next month they get to go on a field trip to the farm. She is really enjoying everything about school :)
Kylie has been talking about dance class all summer and kept asking me when she gets dance class again. When the day finally arrived she was up at 6:30am and asked if her dance class has started yet. She was sooo excited! She has asked me every day since when her next class is...lol I think she will ask everyday!

Cousin Visit

My brother and his family came for a quick trip in July. We took the kids to Elitches amusement park. They had a lot of fun! We also went to boulder, swimming, toy store, cheesecake...but I only took pics at Elitches ;)
Kylie was a little dare devil...she wanted to go on everything! I could'nt get pics of them on the bigger rides but she went down 2 of the water log rides and loved them! I love her face in the small roller coaster pictures..lol also, the picture of Ambria and Hailey in the airplane ride...they were yelling and screaming because they couldnt get the airplane to go up with the controller...so they were very frustrated with it.
The last picture is of the mosaics they were working on at the house. They had so much fun playing with them and kept them busy for hours. Ambria still works on them everyday and loves them!

Salon Day

On Ambria's real birthday I took her to Pigtails and Crewcuts to get her fingers and toes painted then her hair styled. she loved being pampered...especially the glittery sparkles they put in her hair after it was done. She had fun spending the morning with her friend Ava :)

Ambria had a super fun Rapunzel party. She is soooo in love with Rapunzel...everything is Rapunzel at our house right now..lol. She loved having her friends over to celebrate with her. They had fun making tiara's, playing games, eating cake and collecting pinata candy. I can't believe my little girl is 6 years old!!

It is so fun to see Kylie and Ambria play together. They had so much fun over the summer playing all day. They really are best friends...even tho they fight, but they are so close and love being with each other. Ambria is so sweet to Kylie...when we go to Ambria's school Ambria is so proud to show everyone her sister. We have been to her school a couple times for lunch then recess afterwards and Ambria is so sweet with Kylie...she will hold her hand and stay with her the whole time and just play with Kylie. I love seeing the bond they have with each other and hope they will always be best friends ;)

Kevin and I had decided on the middle name a while ago...and we were actually going to wait until we had little Evan to surprise his dad.. but, I guess Ambria heard us talking about the name and was excited to share it. We were at Kevins parents house having dinner a few weeks ago and Ambria proudly announced that the babys name is going to be Evan Brian ;) but of course Kevin's dad was still surprised...just sooner than we planned ;) so that is our little boys name :)

25 weeks

I'm in my 25th week now and I'm huge and hot and ready to be done!!!! I am soooo much bigger than with the girls.. I feel like I should be 8-9 months already with how big I am. I had my doctor appt today..I'm up 12 lbs but I feel like it's sooo much more..it's mainly because I'm popping out much bigger and soo much sooner than with the first two...plus I did start out 15 lbs heavier with this one..which I'm sure doesn't help. too bad it's in the hot summer tho..I think that makes it a lot harder. but I know it will all be worth it.
We are getting more and more excited everyday for our little boy to arrive. It feels so weird saying we are having a boy..and that we will have a son. It has been so much fun shopping for this little boy..I love looking at blues and browns and all the cute boy things that I haven't got to look at yet. It has been a lot of fun doing his nursery too :) I have a couple of pics of what is done so far but I still have lots to do. I need to order drapes to cover the ugly blinds in this house and a rocker for the room then it should be almost complete. I also have some art work I need to hang when I find the right spot for them.
The clothing has been super fun to shop for too.. I took pics of some of my favorite things so far. I have his cute little take home outfit with his name and matching hat, and I love the little brother outfit, and the sweater is sooo super special to us because Kevins grandma Grace made that sweater for Kevin when he was a baby, so Im so excited to put it on baby Evan ;)
so, even tho I am not feeling my best at least it's all for something so wonderful and exciting :) We cannot wait to meet our little boy ;)

Kylie turns 3!!!!

I can't believe our baby girl is 3 years old!! She grew up so fast...seems like she was just a little newborn.
Kylie's favorite cartoon for the past 2 years has been Wow Wow Wubbzy. I'm not sure what it is about the show but she LOVES it! so of course I had to do a Wubbzy party for her ;) We played Kickity Kick ball, we drank Grapity Grape Juice and had lots of Doodleberries.
Kylie was sooooo excited for her party...she had talked about it for a while and couldn't wait. She was so excited for all her friends to come over and celebrate with her. She had a grin on her face the whole day...she was one happy girl.

Baby Boy Bullock has a name!!

Kevin and I both had one name that we loved and agreed on...but Kevin was concerned about one thing with the name, but after thinking about it...the concern was not an issue anymore and we knew the meaning and reason for choosing this name meant sooo much more than any silly reason not to. We are naming our baby after Kevin's Grandpa who we just love and adore. He is the sweetest guy ever, and it is such an honor to both of us to have this special persons name passed down to our son. so the name of our little boy will be.....

EVAN :)

The meaning of the name is "God is Gracious" We love the meaning of this name but our little Evan's name will have sooo much more meaning to us.
We are 100% positive about this name and we both love it so much. We are still deciding on a middle name...but we do have plenty of time ;)

Kevin has so many fun memories with his Grandpa Evan...especially fishing with him. so I found this adorable painting that I must put in his room ;)

oh, and the concern Kevin had with the name is that it rhymes with his name...but since the kids will be calling him dad anyway we figured it wouldn't be such a problem. We loved it too much to care about that anyway ;)

Dance Recital's

The girls really enjoyed dance this year...This was Kylie's first year and she LOVED her dance class. She looked forward to going every week and she knew it was on wednesdays and she would remind me every wednesday morning that it was dance class day...she knew because Ambria had dance tuesday evening..and hers was always right after. The girls had sooo much fun on rehearsal day. It was very long and exhausting for me tho..lol Kylie had practice at 9am then ambria's at 11:45 so I just stayed there..then Ambria had pictures right after and we did not leave until 2pm then we had to be back at 3 for Kylie's recital, then Ambria's was at 6pm so it was a looong day..but the girls had so much fun so it was all worth it ;)

I know Im a little obsessed with planning and decorating...but I just like to be prepared and organized ;) now that I have both of the girls parties planned and done..lol (I know Im crazy but I knew I wanted to work on the nursery as soon as we found out the gender) I have been having soooo much fun shopping for BLUE! I am sooo in love with baby blue.. I have been in love with this nursery stuff from restoration since I worked there..I loved looking through their baby and child magazine and planning out what I wanted to do..haha so right when we found out it was a boy I went straight to their website and made my first big baby purchase ;) I had to get this super cute dog plush chair and rocker..its just to cute to resist. I have not bought the bedding just yet but this is what I just LOVE and cant wait to see it all together in the nursery ;)

Ambria has been sooo excited to share out little secret..she was actually really good about keeping it a secret. We went to lunch with Kevins parents and the girls wore their "Big Sister" shirts. Ambria has had a few before saying "I'm the Big Sister" but when they read Kylie's shirt that said "I'm going to be a Big sister" they figured it out right away ;) We were excited to finally share the news. We were waiting until we told Kevin parents..so all the grandparents knew before we announced. so, right after lunch I posted on facebook..lol I was too excited to wait :)

Feeling sick = Messy House + 2 crazy girls!

So the last few months I have been pretty sick...definetly the hardest pregnancy as far as morning sickness. so it has been hard to be a good mom and play with the girls and take them places..so I told them it was fine to make a big mess as long as its only with their toys only. Luckily they have each other to keep them entertained..which of course made it a lot easier for me.
They decided to bring all of their stuffed animals from upstairs and have them go "night night" downstairs, they had "barbie class picture day" a couple times..and sorry for the nudity..some barbies forgot their clothes for the picture..lol They had a hair salon day where Ambria did both of their hair..very beautifully too ;) and I dont know why but they LOVE going in my closet and putting on my jackets...for some reason its really fun for them. and Kylie's blue mouth was the results of too many ring pops ;)
It has been a really hard few months..I have felt guilty about not being a fun mom and going places.. It has been soo hard for me just to take them to their dance classes on tuesdays and wednesdays. but thanksfully we got thru and I think Im finally nearing the end of morning sickness. Hopefully I will have more energy and feeling better this summer so we can finally get out and have some fun! ;)

It's a BOY!!!!!

We went to an elective ultrasound place to find out the gender of our baby. I was waaay too impatient to wait until 20 weeks (thats my next scheduled ultrasound with my doctor). Right when the ultrasound started Kevin and I knew right away!! we saw something we hadn't seen with the girls ;) I looked at Kevin and he had the biggest grin on his face...then the doctor said It's definetly a BOY!! he said he is 99.9% sure and he has never been wrong. If they dont know for sure they would have us come back the next week...but he knew! We were both sooo excited! The whole day I was so super excited and felt like I was in a dream..it felt very unreal to me. after having 2 girls it felt strange knowing I was carrying a boy.. not sure why but just a different feeling. Right after the ultrasound I dragged Kevin to babies r us to look at some bedding and cute baby boy clothes!! It was so fun shopping on the other side this time. Im so excited to shop for boy things now and to bring some blue into house..its so fun and different..Im loving it already!!

As most of you know we are expecting a baby in October :) We are sooo excited to be expecting our 3rd child. Ambria is old enough to understand what is going on this time and is soooo excited about the babys arrival. She tells me everyday she can't wait until October and keeps reminding me how many more months. We have bought a couple things for baby and they have all been Giraffe related ...since that is her favorite animal. Im so excited to have 2 little helpers with the shopping and decorating. It makes it that much more fun! Wanted to share our giraffe purchases..lol all picked out by Ambria ;)

Valentines Day!

I know I'm a bit behind on posts but better late than never ;)

Valentines Day was a lot of fun this year...especially for Ambria! She had her school party and she got to make her first valentine box. I actually enjoyed it just as much..this is something I loved making with my mom as a kid. It was fun to attend her school party and see how excited she was to exchange valentines with her classmates. Her party had heart shaped pizza's, lots of balloons, lots of candy and super fun for the kids.

Binky Free!!

Kylie has been using a Binky for naps and nightime for the past year, but last week she went to the dentist and he said she needs to get rid of it because its making the top front of her teeth grow out and upward.. so friday night Kylie and I talked about the Binky and how its for babies...then I told her she needed to throw them away. She went into the bathroom and threw them in the garbage and said bye-bye to all of them. She went to bed that night and was a little sad, but she did sooo much better than I thought. but then saturday night and sunday night she was waking up every few hours and couldn't put her self back to sleep.. by monday night she was back to sleeping through the night. so it was definetly worth 2 nights of no sleep ;)
Im so proud of her..I know its really hard to get rid of something your so attatched to...but she did such a good job ;)

Ambria loses her 1st tooth!!!

Ambria was soooo excited to lose her first tooth. It had been wiggling for a few months and totally ready to come out. I finally got a piece of tissue and twisted it out.. she didn't even cry..she was just sooo excited! She put the tooth in her little tooth fairy pouch and couldn't wait to get some money form the tooth fairy. She was so excited the next morning and put her money in her piggy bank..she said she is saving for an American girl doll ;)

B-day party @ Monkey Bizness

The girls were invited to their friend Ben's B-day party. It was held over at Monkey Bizness. I feel bad that I have never taken them there...and its right down the street! but Im glad we were able to go and celebrate with Ben. The girls really enjoyed it there and had a fun time! Kylie tried to keep up with Ambria the whole time.. they have this huge slide and Kylie was fearless going down. there were a few times where she just flew down and totally wiped out..she cried a little bit but then right back up the stairs to go down again. They had a great time ;)

Our 1st big snow fall for the season

We had a very nice winter until January. We did not have any snow for xmas and the temps were pretty warm. The girls were sooo excited when it finally snowed and they couldn't wait to go outside and play in it. It was only like 5 degrees outside but they wanted to go...so the over protective mom that I am, I bundled them up from head to toe so they wouldn't be cold.. they reminded me of the kids on xmas story ;) but they sure looked cute!

It's been a year!!!

I can't believe I did not blog once last year!! I am going to be much better about blogging this year. I was working at Restoration Hardware last year, and now that I am no longer working there I feel like I have so much more time. I only worked weekends and a few week nights, but it was enough to get behind in housework and spending time with the kids. It was fun to work there but I have to say I am soooo happy I am done, and I don't think I want to take on another job (unless I need to).

This year so far has been great! Kevin is really enjoying working for Digitalglobe. Last year he started traveling a lot more than normal and went to lots of fun places.. Malaysia, New oreans, New york, San Diego.. and right now he is flying to India then going to Thailand. Im sure he will have many more trips to come..it has been very exciting for him to travel and enjoy what he is doing.

I have been enjoying more time with the kids.. it's nice to have my weekends free. We have been able to have more family time and play dates. I love having my weeknights back too ...now I can hoefully start getting back into shape ;)

The girls both started dance class a few weeks ago and really enjoy it. This is Kylie's 1st time taking dance and she loves it! I can't wait to see them in their cute little costumes for their preformance in the spring ;)
Ambria is enjoying Kindergarten. She goes mon-fri 8-3. I was worried about it being too much at first, but she loves it! She has made some great friends. She loves writing and reading...she is getting really good at sounding out words.

There is a quick update on our lives ;) I will be better about blogging and start posting pics soon! Hope everyone is enjoying the new year ;)

Christmas morning was a lot of fun! I think I was more excited for xmas this year than the girls were...I couldnt wait to see their faces on xmas morning :) Each girl got their own princess castle from santa...they were very excited about that, and there was no fightning because they each had one...it was a very peacful xmas lol. Kevin got Rock Band 2 which he was very excited about. It was a fun relaxing Xmas morning ;)

We had a quiet Thanksgiving with just our little family this year. I didnt take picks of the food or us eating dinner lol, but Kevin took some of the girls that day so I thought I would post them. Kevins parents came over the weekend before and the girls were just playing with their toys and Kylie comes strutting out in some play high heel shoes! lol it was too funny! she had a big smile on her face and was happy to be wearing them. She has always been really into shoes! she loves shoes of any kind or size. ;)

We went to the Zoo with Kevin's parents in Oct. There are not any pictures of Ambria because she did not want her picture taken, and she was really grumpy that day lol. October Snow!

We had a big snowstorm in Oct that left us with over a foot of snow! Ambria was so excited to play outside and make a snowman. Her friend Ben came over and helped make the snowman. Bebe had ran out in the snow and sank! she was totally stuck and couldnt move...it was pretty funny, but I felt bad for her. I dont think the dogs like the snow too much.

I know, I know, its a week before xmas and I am just now posting halloween. I have been very unmotivated about blogging...we'll see how much longer this blog lasts ;)

Halloween was a lot of fun for the girls. I was surprised Kylie got into it as much as she did..she had so much fun going up to the doors and standing there waiting for her treat.. she understood the concept after only a few houses. The first few homes we went to she was a bit confused why we didnt go into the homes..lol
Kevin and Ambria headed back home early while Ambria and I went to a few more homes. It was pretty chilly that night.
Ambria was so excited to wear her Minnie Mouse costume. We picked up these dresses while we were at Disneyland. She wore this dress everyday for the rest of the week. She thought it was fun to twirl and dance with it on.

Kylie Comparison

We have been hearing from so many different people that Kylie looks like Kevin, Kevins mom, like me, like Ambria...which we do see some features from each of us, but after looking at my mother in laws baby pics, kevins baby pics and my baby pics I have decided she looks like ME! lol I see a resemblence of kevin and kevins mom in her but nothing like what I see on my side. I posted some side profile pics of kylie to compare it with mine. The first pics is kevins baby pic, and the next one is kevins moms, and mine are mixed in with kylies pics. Disney Trip Day 1

Our first day of Disneyland Ambria seemed a bit overwhelemed. We were so excited to see her reaction to everything but she was kinda out of it..lol She seemed tired from the long drive and just overwhelmed with everything. but after going on a few rides she finally snapped out of it ;) We went on Dumbo, Tea Cups, and Merry-go-round. We went to Toontown and saw all the cute houses.. she liked the Chip N Dales house. We didnt stay too long the first day because we knew we would be back..and at about 3:00 Ambria asked if she could go home and take a nap..lol she lasted longer each day, and we did more and more each day. by our last day we were there for 10 hours!
I took a picture of a cute Princess Doll house for Ambria...just thought it was cute. and the last picture is back at the hotel after a long day at disney ;)

Disney Trip Day 2

Our second day at Disney we did more Dumbo riding, more tea cups and more merry-go-round. Kylie LOVED the merry-go-round...whenever she would see one she would scream with excitement, so every time we passed one we felt we needed to take her on :)
We went to toon town and saw Minnie Mouse. Ambria was scared of the big Minnie and Mickey and wanted nothing to do with them...Kylie laughed at Minnie and thought she was silly. We went into Minnie and Pluto's hoouse and Ambria drove in Goofy and Mickey's car. Then we waited in line to see the princesses for an hour! Ambria met some friends in line which was nice cause it made it go by faster. We went on it's a small world ride..I thought Ambria would be nervous because she doesnt like tunnels, but she seemed to really enjoy it. Kylie really liked the small world boat ride. Then we went over to the rain forest area..Ambria played on the big play area and we went on the little boat ride to see the fake animals. lol As we were leaving we saw Donald Duck and Mickey and Minnie. Kylie was screaming and laughing at mickey and minnie..we waited for about 10 min to see them, but the whole time in line she was pointing and talking..then went we got up there she got scared and wanted to run away ;) I love Minnies face in the picture where she was running away ;)

Disney Trip day 3 (Beach day)

Our 3rd day we went to the BEACH! I love being at the beach..its just so relaxing and beautiful! Ambria loved playing in the water and making sand castles. Kylie did not like the water at all! I figured she wouldnt..she never wanted to go swimming all summer. We would carry her in the ocean and she would be shaking cause she was so scared. so she hung out on the beach towels and played with the sand toys. It was a fun relaxing day :)

Disney Trip Day 4 (California Adventure)

We went to California Adventure on our 4th day in California. We decided to do Breakfast with the Princesses so Ambria could see all the Princesses. The first pic is us on the train you take to get to the parks...we got there a bit early so we had to wait outside the gates for a while. Ambria was bored so she played games on my phone while she was sitting in the "O" We had to put Kylie on a leash! lol The day before she ran off so fast and got a little lost in the crowd, so Kevin went to Target that night and bought this backpack with a leash fo Kylie. I think its a great idea for crowded places like this.
We finally got in and sat down for Breakfast. Ambria was super excited to see the Princesses....kylie obviously cared more about her food lol. After breakfast we went to the Jelly fish ride (Ambria's favortie) then she wanted to go on this rollercoaster...I was surprised because it was pretty fast and it jerks you around. She said afterwards that she did not like it. Then Kevin and Ambria went on the Rocket ride..she didnt like that one either because it made her dizzy..lol
Later we went to Bugs Life area which was better for her age. Lots of super cute rides! There was a Playhouse Disney show which was pretty cute. Both girls watched the whole thing without a peep...they really enjoyed it. The very last picture shows a cloud of smoke from the Station Fire in La.

Disney Trip Day 5 (Beach Day)

This was our last beach day..Ambria had soo much fun! she just loved the beach. She played and ran around non stop for hours and hours. When we first got there she met a little girl that she was playing with...then an hour later a little boy came and joined them..they all 3 played the whole time and had so much fun. They were jumping over waves, playing in the sand and having a blast! Kylie didnt care for the cold water again so we just played with the sand toys :)
After the beach we got cleaned up and went to Red Robin :) Ambria's Favorite!!!

Disney Trip Day 6

Our last day of disney was a very long day. We knew it was the last day so we wanted to make sure we did everything we wanted to before we left. we got to the park at 8am and stayed until 8pm. We were all very exhausted when we left.
We started off in toontown so Ambria could go on the Mickey roller coaster...one of her favorite rides. then more tea cups and dumbo, then she wanted to go on the Alice in Wonderland ride...Kevin said it was a bit bizzare and surprised Ambria liked it. Then we waited for an hour in line to see the Princesses. Ambria loved seeing the Princesses. She was scared of the big Mickey, Minnie, and Donald so she did not want her picture taken with any of them...but she loved the princesses.
after lunch we walked over to California Adventure. Ambria's favorite ride was the Jelly Fish so we had to make sure we did that one again before we left.
Kevin and I talked her into going on a the raft ride..she decided to go and was not very happy after the ride...she HATES getting wet and she came off the ride soaked! lol We saw Ariel again as we were walking through the park..Ambria was happy about that. We went back to the Bugs life area and went on some more rides. Then we went on the Monsters Inc ride and also saw the Muppet 3D movie, then some bumper cars. by then we were exhausted an dready to leave but Ambria really wanted to go on the Mickey rollercoatser again...it was all the way at the end of disney so we were quite a ways away. but since it was our last day we decided to go. when we went back to Disney they were starting the parade so we decided to watch that. Kylie was soo funny! she loved the parade..she was sqealing and screaming, and pointing...the people next to us were laughing and thought it was so funny..which it was ;) I wish we video taped it. After the parade we went to the roller coaster, then more tea cups. It was fun to see the park at night with all the lights ;) We had such a fun time in California :)

SLC visit

After our long week in California we drove to SLC. I stayed for the week while Kevin flew back to Denver. We had so much fun seeing cousins, friends, and Grandma :) The girls LOVE staying at grandma's house. She has lots of fun toys to play with. Grandma and Ambria colored sooo much!!
I got to see some friends I have not seen in a while. I saw my friend Lindsay, Odette and Alisa..and of course I saw my BFF Mindie ;) It was so fun seeing everyone and all their cute kids! We got together one day at the park to let the kids play.
We were able to go to my sister and brothers house while we were there. Ambria had a lot of fun playing with her cousins.
We stopped at Kevins Grandparents Evan and Grace on our way to California. It was so fun to see them :) Ambria did not want to smile for the camera...that was the best pic we got. lol
We wanted to see shirley and max (Kevins other grandparents) but we didnt get into SLC until late sunday eveing and Kevins flight left early monday morning :( so we will have to see them next tim efor sure!

Ambria's 4th Bday!!

Turning 4 was such a big deal for Ambria. She felt like such a big girl! She woke up that morning so excited to be 4. I dont know if she was more excited for her party or turning 4 ;)
Ambria had so much fun at her Hello Kitty party. She had lots of her little neighborhood friends there to celebrate with her. Grandma and Grandpa joined later for some cake :)

4th of July was really fun this year. We took the girls to the twins (Zoey and Lily) bday party at the park. They had so much fun there with a bouncy house, cake, and lots of friends. Later that evening we went to Denise's house (ambria's friend Ben's house) and they had a bbq, live band and watched fireworks. Ambria had so much fun running around and playing with the kids. I was nervous about Kylie with the fireworks but she Loved them! she watched them all and was saying ooooo the whole time. it was super cute!

Our little baby is ONE!! I can't believe how fast this year went by...seems like we just brought her home not too long ago. She has been so much fun to have in our family..we are so lucky we have had such good easy babies. She is such a good sleeper, eater, going out, she is so laid back just like her sister. We are super lucky!!
Kylie had so much fun on her Birthday. She normally has a monring nap, but after seeing the balloons and all the fun stuff she knew something was going on ..and she wanted nothing to do with her nap. she was a bit tire,d but she was super happy the whole time.
She had Grandma Bullock and lots of friends over to celebrate with her. Thanks everyone for coming and making her day so special. ;)

I have been soooo bad about blogging lately. I missed Kylie's 10th and 11th month.
Kylie has changed so much in the last 2 months. She is getting such a little personality ;) We used to hardly get her to laugh and now she laughs at every little thing..its so cute! She is walking along the furniture really well, she can stand all by herself for a quite a long time..she will even dance and move around while standing. She has taken 1 or 2 steps but then she gets scared and goes to the floor to crawl. I cant believe she will be 1 year old in 2 weeks!!! here are some cute pics of her from the last 2 months

Mindie and Evie's Visit

My bff anf kylie's bff came to visit a couple weeks ago from salt lake. It was so fun to have them over. Kylie and Evie are only 3 weeks apart! they played so cute together and had so much fun. We mainly stayed here and let the kids play, we went on a walk every evening, and ate a lot! lol

Grandma's Visit

My mom came here the last week of April. The girls had so much fun playing with Grandma. We did lots of fun things.. we went to the zoo, went to Ambria's dance class, saw Ambria's dance recital, went shopping and rode on the train lol, ate at fun places...we went to a cupcake store where they sold huge yummy cupcakes, and played a lot! Ambria also had her first visit to Build-a-Bear!! she was sooo excited!

Ambria's Dance Recital

Ambria had her first dance recital the end of April. She was so excited to go on stage and dance. after she danced she was sad to go home and wanted to do it again. She and all her classmates looked so adorable in their cute costumes. They all did such a good job. they all got a trophy at the end...Ambria thought that was pretty cool ;) Grandma Whipple was here that week and was able to watch her :) Kylie was super adorable...after each dance she saw everyone clapping so she started clapping too. we so worried how she would do because it was past her bedtime but she loved every minute of it and clapped the whole time!

Easter Eve and Day

We had a very busy but fun Easter weekend. Saturday we went with our friends Renee, Brad, Ave and tate(or as they like to say B.R.A.T) to the Easter Egg hunt they had going on at the clubhouse in our community. They had a bunch of arts and crafts inside. Ambria got to make a cute necklace out of beads, then a cute easter bunny picture frame. Then she got to see the ugliest easter bunny I have ever seen. Then they went outside for the Easter Egg hunt. It was pretty chilly out that day but they were troopers. After the hunt we wnt to Village inn for breakfast..the girls LOVED the chocolate chip pancakes!!
Later that day we went to lunch with Kevins parents to celebrate Brians B-day. Ambria had so much fun playing with some cute bunny and chick play doh from grandma...Kylie did really well and enoyed being out.
before bed we colored Easter Eggs. Our eggs were pretty lame this year..lol we were in a hurry cuz it was late and past their bedtime. plus I bought some pretty dumb kits.. I got a cool sports one that Ambria would have loved, but the jackets were too small for our eggs..I guess I bought the large eggs..oops!
Easter morning came and Ambria was sooo excited to see what the Easter Bunny had brought. She noticed eggs all over the living room...she had so much fun doing the egg hunt the day before so she was really excited to do another one. she grabbed her basket and started finding all the eggs. after she found them all, then she decided to see what the bunny had brought. She got a new wii game called Mammas cookin..she loves it! it is a super cute game! Kylie had so much fun just playing with the paper the bunny put around the baskets. she did love her purple bunny too ;)
We went to Kevins parents for dinner that night. Ambria had fun playing with the cars and polly pockets. She missed playing cars with Ben tho ;) Grandpa brought out the one man tent he had just got to see how large it was..Ambria thought that was pretty neat. turned out to be a bit smaller than he had planned ;) but Ambria had fun! Thanks for the fun night and dinner :)
We had a really good Easter. Ambria is still playing with the eggs..she hides them and then goes to look for them, it has kept her pretty busy.

ZOO!!!

Last week we went to the Zoo with Kevins parents and his sister Kristin and her boy Ben. Its was the nicest day of the week but still a little chilly..but of course the kids didnt care so much. We got to see the brand new baby giraffe!! he was only 6 days old!! They named him Blizzard because he was born the day after our blizzard we had here. he was super cute! Ambria had a lot of fun seeing all the animals, she also had fun playing with her cousin Ben. We went to Kevins parents afterwards and Ambria and Ben played for hours together.

Dancing Ambria

Ambria's favorite thing to do is Dance. She loves her dance class so much! everytime we get home from dance class she says she wants to go back and do it again. She has to wear a dress or skirt everyday...if she has pants on she has to wear a skirt over them. She says she has to look like a ballerina or princess. When we are at home she is always dancing, she hardly ever stops..she is twirling, spinning, shuffle stepping..lol she just loves it!

Crawling Kylie

Kylie has been crawling for over a month now but I never posted any pics or a video. She is so cute when she crawls.. If I am across the room she will giggle the whole way over to me. and if she is following Ambria she has a very serious and determined face and she rushes to keep up with her. Kylie loves crawling up the stairs. our living room and 2 steps to get down and that is where she mastered stairs..now she tries to climb up the big stairs. She has not figured out how to get down the stairs yet. lol She is such a cute!

cousin visit

Kevins sister Michelle and their family came to Colorado last week. Ambria was sooo excited to see her cousins! Grandma brought Kelsey and Madison over to play one of the days. They had lots of fun playing dress up and tea party. The next night we went to Casa Bonita. I brought the camera and forgot to take pictures :( so we didnt get any pics of the rest of their family. good thing we will be seeing everyone in a few months ;) I was fun seeing their family. Ambria is still talking about how much fun she had playing with her cousins.

9 Months Old!!

I am waaay behind on my blogs. I tried to blog last week but my computer was having problems and kept booting me out..so I will try again.
Kylie is now 9 months old. She has changed soo much in the past month. She went from scoothing everywhere to crawling super fast! its so fun to watch her crawl.. she goes so fast trying to catch Ambria. She loves getting into all of Ambria's toys..but Ambria is having a really hard time with this. We have had lots of battles this last month about sharing. she is slowly getting better. Ambria shares just fine with all her little friends, but she does not want Kylie to have anything of hers.
Kylie can also pull herself up now. She loves to pull up on the couch and see what toys (or dog) she can grab a hold of.
Kylie is still a super good sleeper. she is in bed by 7pm and up at 7am...same with Ambria. Kevin and I always get to enjoy the whole evenin together. its really nice ;) Kylie still takes 2-3 naps a day and goes down soo easy and sleeps well. she has been such a good easy baby.
Kylie had her 9 month doctor appt last week. She weight 18 lbs exactly. she is in the 40th for weight, 95th for height and head is still 50%
Kylie is such a joy to us. We love seeing her personality come out more and more every day ;)

Valentines Day

We had a fun V-Day yesterday. Kevin was sooo nice and let me sleep in :) When I woke up he has 4 dozen pink roses on the counter with a very sweet card. He also had a Dora card for Ambria with a little box with a candy necklace and bracelet for her, and he had a cute stuffed doll for kylie ;) What a sweet husband/daddy.
Ambria and I did her valentine gifts for her little neighbor friends. She had so much fun putting the bags together...she loved counting every piece of candy as put them in. She loved it! Then we went around and handed out her valenites. After that we went to Boulder for brunch at The Egg and I, its super yummy! it's a lot like The Good Egg in phoenix which I miss very much! Then I went to the mall to pick up my ring..it had been there for 6 weeks!! so it was fun to get it back on V-Day..felt like I was getting a new piece of jewlery ;) lol it looked new again! Then the night ended watching Nights in Rodanthe. totally cheesy but I loved it of course ;)
